Terms of service
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Seller and scope
These terms apply to all orders placed at niddrahouse.com. The seller is Antonio Escorel de Moraes, trading as NIDDRA, Kobergerweg 6/2, 5020 Salzburg, Austria, info@niddrahouse.com ("we", "us"). The contract language is English.
2. Products and production
Our products are made to order. Each item is printed and finished for you after you order, which is why production takes a few business days before shipping. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the finished product.
3. Conclusion of the contract
The product pages are not a binding offer. By clicking the order button at checkout you place a binding order. We confirm receipt by email; the contract is concluded when we send you the order confirmation email. You can correct input errors at any time before clicking the order button.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in the currency shown at checkout and include the applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. We accept the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment is due when you place your order.
5. Delivery
We deliver to the countries offered at checkout. Production and delivery times are listed in our Shipping Policy. Deliveries outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are payable by the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details and the model withdrawal form are in our Return and Refund Policy.
8. Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply (Austrian Consumer Warranty Act, VGG). If an item is faulty, please contact us at info@niddrahouse.com with your order number and a photo, and we will replace or refund it.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for personal injury. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
10. Applicable law
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where they habitually reside.
11. Disputes
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. If you have a complaint, simply write to info@niddrahouse.com and we will find a solution.
