IMPORT DUTIES & CUSTOMS

If you are unexpectedly charged import duties, customs fees, or carrier handling fees upon delivery, contact us with proof of the charge and Niddra will reimburse you.

To claim reimbursement, please email us at support@niddrahouse.com with:

• Your order number
• A photo or scan of the import/customs charge document

We will process your reimbursement promptly.

RETURNS

We want you to love your Niddra purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
