SHIPPING POLICY

Made to order
Every NIDDRA piece is produced after you order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times (after production)
- Austria and Germany: usually 3–7 business days
- Other EU countries: usually 4–10 business days
- United States: usually 3–8 business days

Orders are produced and shipped from our production partners in the EU (for European orders) and in the USA (for US orders). Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes
Prices for EU customers include VAT. EU orders ship within the EU, so there are no customs fees. US orders ship within the USA. For any other destination, import duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient.

Address errors
Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot be responsible for parcels lost because of an incorrect address entered at checkout, but we will help you track and resolve any issue.

Damaged or lost parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, email info@niddrahouse.com with your order number (and a photo for damaged items). We will send a replacement or refund you.
